The application deadline for the following IUSM internal grant programs is 5 p.m. Wednesday, May 1.
Biomedical Research Grant: This grant is open to all full-time faculty, regardless of tenure status, having an appointment of Assistant Professor or Assistant Scientist and above. Primary appointment must be in the School of Medicine. This eligibility includes those faculty appointed as part-time Assistant Professor or above. Faculty in Visiting ranks are not eligible for funding through this mechanism.
This grant is due the first regular business day in May. The electronic application must be uploaded to the Indiana Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute website at http://www.indianactsi.org/grants by the of business (5 p.m.) on the submission due date.
Research Enhancement Grant: The objective of this grant program is to stimulate research productivity at the seven Centers for Medical Education and the Medical Sciences Program in Bloomington. The intent is to foster scholarly and creative research by worthy investigators so that they can compete successfully for extramural research support.
