Donations needed for annual Evening of the Arts

The 22nd annual Evening of the Arts fundraiser will take place on Saturday evening, April 13, at Crispus Attucks Medical Magnet High School, and we are asking for donations of your talents in the form of artwork.
Money raised from the art auction goes toward operations at the IUSM Student Outreach Clinic, St. Thomas Clinic, Wheeler Mission and Gennesaret Clinics.
If interested in donating, you may drop of your artwork in the Medical Science Building, Room 162. We will accept donations up to April 10.
Please include the following information when submitting your work:
1. name and title of person submitting artwork;
2. title of artwork;
3. description of artwork;
